Starting salary £22,000 per annum
This role will initially be on a remote working basis, changing to office based (in Hammersmith & Fulham and involving regular travel across London) as circumstances allow and as required by WGN’s services.
This is an excellent opportunity for you if you have strong administrative skills and a keen interest in working within a human resources environment. The Human Resources Administrator will be a core role, providing the comprehensive, efficient, proactive administrative support necessary to underpin WGN’s human resources function and to assist our internal colleagues and managers, as well as external contacts. Ensuring everyone has an excellent experience of the human resources function, and the overall charity at all times.
In this key role, you will be involved in a wide variety of human resources administrative activities, including acting as the first point of contact, recruitment, absence monitoring and you will be responsible for updating and maintaining sensitive and confidential records as well as contributing to other related ad hoc projects.
We are looking for someone with outstanding administrative and organisational skills to join our team. You should be able to demonstrate the ability to build and sustain collaborative relationships, provide high quality administrative support and deliver a people focused service and have experience of working within a busy environment and meeting tight deadlines.
