Training Development Coordinator (Female Applicants Only)

Part time

Starting salary £28,000 per annum (pro rata) | 21 hours (3 days) per week (part-time)

This role will initially be on a remote-working basis, changing to office-based (in Southwark and involving travel across London) when circumstances allow and as required by WGN’s services

Women and Girls Network (WGN) is a specialist therapeutic service leading in developing and delivering innovative and effective therapeutic services for women and girls surviving gender-based violence. WGN’s specialist training service aims to improve and enhance front-line staff effectiveness while influencing best practice in the field of violence against women and girls (VAWG).

The Training Development Coordinator is a core role within WGN’s Training Team. Providing effective and efficient coordination, development and administrative service to the training team and service. Ensuring all external and internal beneficiaries have an excellent experience of WGN’s training provision. Contributing to a culture that values and respects diversity, learning, improvement and striving for quality and best practice at all times.

We are looking to appoint a motivated, organised self-starter with a proven ability of providing effective coordination, development and administrative support to join our team. If this is you, we would really like to hear from you!
