Young Women’s Advocates (Female Applicants Only)


Starting Salary £28,000 per annum | 35 hours per week (full-time)

1 Permanent role and 1 Fixed-Term role (until 31/04/2022)

These roles will initially be on a remote-working basis, changing to office-based (in Hammersmith & Fulham and involving travel across London) when circumstances allow and as required by WGN’s services

Women and Girls Network (WGN) is a leading service provider developing and delivering a comprehensive range of services for women and girls who have experienced all forms of gender-based violence.

We are looking for two experienced and dynamic practitioners who are experienced in providing direct and dedicated support to young women and girls who have been victims of or at risk of all forms of violence against women and girls (including sexual exploitation and gang related violence). These practitioners will provide support through one to one casework, advocacy and group work.

If you are passionate about working with young women and girls and would like to work within an empowering and gender specific / feminist framework and want to bring innovation and creativity to WGN’s Young Women’s Services, then we would really like to hear from you. Young women with lived experience of accessing services as a young person / child are encouraged to apply.
