Women and Girls Network is proud to be a women and girls’ organisation, grounded in Black feminist practice and committed to equity, inclusion and social justice.

We recognise the importance and value of women and girls-only spaces, particularly for survivors of violence and abuse. We remain committed to protecting and providing spaces and services that centre the experiences, safety, healing and voices of women and girls.

Our services are open to women and girls, including those who identify as women who feel that our services meet their needs. Our approach to inclusion is rooted in our Black feminist practice, recognising the intersecting experiences and inequalities that shape people’s lives and their experiences of violence and access to support.We are committed to delivering services that reflect equity in practice and to fostering a culture of dignity, respect and belonging for everyone who accesses support from WGN, while remaining centred on our purpose as a women and girls’ organisation
