We provide long-term counselling for women who have experienced harmful practices (HP), such as female genital mutilation (FGM), honour based violence and forced marriage, whether recent or historic.
All of our counsellors have received specialist training in working with survivors of gendered violence, and receive ongoing training and regular professional supervision to support their work.
When working with a specialist counsellor at WGN you will be listened to, treated with respect, and believed.
